✔ Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
✔ Non-Delivery of Product – If you do not receive the purchased digital files due to a technical issue, we will resend the files or offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
✔ Corrupt or Defective Files – If the files you receive are damaged or not as described, we will replace them or issue a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
❌ Change of Mind – Once a digital product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds for buyers who change their minds.
❌ Completed Custom Design Services – If a custom design project has been completed and delivered, refunds are not possible.
❌ Failure to Provide Required Information – If a project is delayed or incomplete due to missing details from the customer, a refund will not be issued.
